I ordered shoes for my son who lives with his mom. I entered his name and address for delivery. Eastbay sent it to my POB, which of course UPS would not deliver to. As I was out of town, my son had to wait three days until I got back and drove to UPS to pick up. Eastbay on line was no help whatsoever, and phone support was only slightly better. There was a major inconvience caused to me, and Eastbay did not care nor do anything to make things better. The only solution they offered me was to ship me another pair of shoes, charging my card again, and then crediting it back which would take a minimum of 10 days. No way was I going to do this on my debit card.

everything i ordered came on time and i decided to join the eastbay program soon after and now i will be saving alot more money on shipping.
everthing was well organized and promotion code helped me save on shipping and handling while other websites dont offer helped out alot.I managed to buy some extra items becauze of the saving so thank you eastbay.com

good site, great products. Billing process were really not as easy as Amazon, which leaded to miss my chance to get my favor shoes (if you can process a bit easier).
