I bought a pair of boots back in december through Amazon that were Shiekh brand so when I wanted to buy some new ones I went to their website. I was super excited to see all the great sales but then I ordered a pair of boots and tennis shoes.. I also recommended this website to my sister and she bought 7 pairs of shoes... Lucky for her they all fit, but for me the boots were too small and the tennis shoes too narrow, I know this happens so I was just going to return and hopefully be able to exchange but then I saw that you have to pay for shipping instead of the simple print your return slips. Honestly I will never buy from this website again due to it costing me almost as much as my tennis shoes to send the shoes back!!

great prices, lovely shoes. shipment is on time and never too long.
I have been ordering shoes from this site and i will say its one of the best sites i've ever come across. The prices, delivery and shipping is reasonable. I will recommend this site to anyone.

One pair of shoes was obviously a different size than what was stated on the box. Very disappointing.

They need to update their phone system. When I called in, it says all reps are busy and please leave a message. Otherwise, the phone call would end. It should allow you to wait on the phone, until you can speak to the next rep. Also, it took awhile for my return money to appear on my credit card.
