The sneakers were perfect! Exactly what I was looking for, very comfortable and a great color. Shipping was incredibly fast with next day arrival.
I love how easy it is to purchase an item and return it if I am unsatisfied. This site has great merchandise and availability of product as well. And you can't beat free shipping!

It's not Zappos' responsibility but the quality of the shoes I ordered does not stand to ECCO's quality. The shoes are comfortable but do not fit the arch of the foot and the materials used to make the shoes leave A LOT to be desired (somebody is making A LOT of $$ on products such as the ones I bought).
