easy to use site, strong sturdy bunk beds, fast free shipping...everything you want in a product you order online...the only thing I didnt like were the vague directions to put them together. other than that, it was wonderful!
I knew this was what I wanted but all of the positive reviews is what made me go ahead and make the online purchase vs. an actual store. I hope I'm not disappointed!

I was pleasantly surprised with these bunkbeds. They were not difficult to assemble and the quality is excellent. My grandsons will enjoy these beds for many years to come.
I have compared the other websites &Factory BunkBeds seems to be the best value for the price. I am excited to receive my beds for my 2 grandsons.

While putting the bed together two screws on the bottom bed were missing. The top step had a scratch, nothing but cosmetic, on the Head board on the top twin had a crack in it. Also the side rail on the top bed had a crack. Thank you.
