I order the steelers lamp for my husband for father day. Either they said u could pay in ful or paid three payments with a credit card for the next 3 month. So they wrote me and told me the onlly way I could do it was paid in full. So bradford exchange can forget it. I found the same lamp on amazon for the cheaper price and free shipping.

I have always liked everything I have bought and the couple of things I have had to return was done with no problems. They have beautiful jewelry with reasonable prices and a great monthly plan if needed with no finance charges. How can you beat that !!!

I was very disapointed with the ring I purchased. It looked very cheap for the price. The picture looked much better than the ring. I had waited to buy it for about 9 months and when I finally bought it for my 40th wedding anniversary I was not happy with it at all. I tried to call the company on two different occasions and all I got was recordings and never got to talk to a person. I have returned the ring and paid for the postage and requested a return confirmation and have not received anything back stating someone from the company has received the ring as of 5-19-2012. I really thought the ring would be something I could have cherished for years to come.
